Maintain organized estimate files, drawings, quotations, and project records. Required Qualifications Experience in construction estimating and CAD drafting. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and construction details. Proficiency in AutoCAD or comparable CAD software. Strong spreadsheet skills, including Microsoft Excel. Understanding of construction materials, fabrication methods, installation processes, and labor requirements.
