Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales Estimator specializing in custom skylights and aluminum ladders to join our team. In this role, you will be the key driver in preparing accurate project estimates, collaborating with clients and internal teams, and ensuring our solutions align with project specifications and budget goals. Your expertise will help us deliver exceptional value to our customers while maintaining competitive pricing and efficient project execution. Responsibilities Review construction drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to accurately estimate material requirements and project costs. Estimate and quote skylights and aluminum ladders. Interpret architectural designs and technical drawings to determine scope of work, quantities, and pricing strategies. Collaborate with clients to negotiate pricing, clarify project details, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the estimating process. Manage multiple projects simultaneously by maintaining organized files and use Epicor ERP software, use outlook and Smart Sheets. Assist in reviewing contracts, change orders, and project budgets to ensure accurate cost management. Communicate effectively with sales teams, project managers, suppliers, and clients to streamline project workflows and improve estimating accuracy. Skills Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms while meeting client needs. Deep understanding of construction industry standards, including blueprint reading and interpretation of technical drawings. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), EPICOR ERP and Smart Sheets for documentation. Ability to review construction drawings thoroughly to estimate material quantities Excellent client communication skills to present estimates clearly and professionally.
