Job Overview The Restoration Manager oversees all aspects of assigned restoration projects and assigned Production/Restoration crews. Their responsibilities are centered around customer satisfaction, revenue growth, profit growth, management development, and staff development. This front-line management position leads their team to operational excellence. Responsibilities Lead and manage restoration projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality of work, and adherence to safety regulations. Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets while coordinating resources effectively. Provide priority response to potential customers. Develop scope of work for projects and review estimates. Document and/or review job file to support the services provided. Manage Production/Restoration expenses. Manage equipment and materials (assets). Manage Production/Restoration personnel. Communicate with clients regarding project status, changes, and any issues that arise. Qualifications Xactimate experience Level 1 & 2 required. Restoration industry experience required . We are looking for an aspiring leader with exceptional project management and Xactimate skills to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of project management experience, great communication and time management skills, and a strong work ethic. Outstanding written and oral communication. One (1) year of experience in project management. One (1) year of experience in the restoration industry. Proficient in Microsoft Office. Familiarity and understanding of general tool use and construction standards. High school diploma/GED Ability to successfully complete a background check. Have valid driver's license. Skills Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in all aspects of project coordination. Ability to read and interpret schematics for effective planning and execution of restoration projects. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team members. Problem-solving abilities to address challenges that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Physical and Work Environment Requirements:
This is a management position occasionally working in an office environment; however, frequent field visits and field management will require jobsite activities. Occasional jobsite activities may involve lifting 50 pounds independently, occasionally lifting up to 100 pounds with assistance, walking and standing for long periods of time, driving, sitting, climbing ladders, utilizing scaffolding or lifts, pushing/pulling/lifting/carrying objects, and working overhead.
