About EarthWorks EarthWorks Landscaping & Home Services is a growing residential landscape design and construction company based in Parker, CO. We build outdoor spaces that transform properties — patios, retaining walls, planting designs, drainage solutions, and full landscape installations. We do not do lawn care or maintenance. We design and build. We are a lean, owner-operated company expanding our sales capacity. This role is built for someone who wants a stable foundation, uncapped upside, and real ownership over their results. The Role We are looking for a driven Sales Estimator who can own the full residential sales cycle — from the initial client consultation through proposal delivery and signed contract. You will be the primary point of contact for prospective residential clients and will work directly with ownership on project scoping and pricing. What You Will Own Conduct in-home and on-site consultations with residential prospects Develop accurate job estimates using our scoping and pricing systems Prepare and present professional proposals Follow up with prospects and manage your pipeline through close Communicate project handoff details to our production team at signing Represent EarthWorks professionally in the Parker and surrounding communities What We Are Looking For Proven track record in sales — landscaping experience preferred but not required Ability to read a property and translate client vision into a scoped project Strong communication and consultative selling skills Self-motivated — you manage your own schedule and pipeline Comfortable with basic estimating math and proposal writing Reliable transportation and ability to meet clients on-site Compensation This role offers a competitive base salary plus commission on every closed job. Your base keeps you stable; your commission is uncapped. Structure Detail Base Salary $2,500
