The Successful Applicant The right Estimator has the following qualifications: 7+ years of Estimating experience with a general contractor B.S degree in engineering or construction management Detail oriented with a demonstrated ability to organize and manage detailed analysis Experience with estimating, scheduling and/or project management technology Have a high degree of competency with Suretrack, Excel and Timberline Excellent written and verbal communication skills The ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines Strong organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment What's on Offer The Estimator will receive: Competitive base salary (depending on experience) Bonus Benefits Company phone & laptop & more!
