Candidate must be experienced in re-roofs, roof repairs and water proofing knowledge. Estimate preparation with scope of work while maintaining, growing new relationships, and cultivating existing relationships with contractors. The Roofing Sales Estimator will work hand in hand with the operations manager and sales team to build new business relationships with property managers, building owners, homeowners, HOA's, etc.

Duties:

Assist clients in managing their roofing portfolios. Assess roofs, document roof assessment with pictures, diagnose problem conditions, document and present issues to client. Create detailed estimates of materials, equipment and labor required to perform work. Prepare estimates and present them to the purchaser or decision makers. Follow set schedules and send email to clients as needed. Attend safety meetings. When needed, help service crews.
