Job Description
Lead all Estimating and Pre Construction activities
- Work closely with owners and GC Solicit and maintain business relationships with all municipalities, franchises and public sectors to increase bid opportunities-Solicit all opportunities to bid and attend pre bid meetings-Communicate with Clients, Private Providers, Architects, Engineers, vendors, suppliers and Sub Contractors Obtain and evaluate all subcontractors, suppliers and vendor estimates
- Review all project plans, specifications, bid requirements and prepare a detailed estimate and schedule for all future projects-Prepare and Manage project schedules and all project start up coordination with the construction team Attend meetings with the construction team to ensure we are staying on budget and schedule on projects
- Must have 3 + years of extensive experience in all facets of Construction Project Estimating ground up commercial and residential construction, industrial as well as Tenant build outs and remodels.
Pay:
$50,000.00- $60,000.
