Collaborate closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams through effective negotiation to secure favorable pricing and terms. Manage cost control processes throughout the project lifecycle to monitor expenses, identify variances, and implement corrective actions promptly. Prepare detailed bid proposals that clearly articulate scope, pricing, and assumptions while adhering to client requirements and deadlines.
