In this role, you will leverage your skills in construction estimating and project management to ensure that every painting project is executed with precision and excellence. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders, negotiate contracts, and maintain cost control to deliver outstanding results. What you'll do Prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial painting projects using Planswift or OST. Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring adherence to pricing and cost control measures. Negotiate contracts with clients and subcontractors to secure favorable terms and conditions. Oversee construction site activities, ensuring compliance with safety standards and quality expectations. Collaborate with project teams to coordinate resources and schedules effectively. Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and maintain communication with all parties involved. Provide expert guidance on construction management practices and ensure projects meet specifications. Basic qualifications Proven experience in construction estimating with a focus on commercial painting projects. Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management. Preferred qualifications Proficiency in Planswift or OST In-depth knowledge of cost control processes related to construction projects. Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards. Familiarity with construction site operations and safety regulations.
