• Send jobs out for bid
• Review all incoming bids for compliance with prints and scope of work with Salesman.
• Review all bids and contracts with President and Controller.
• Review blueprints and contract for missing, contradictory or inaccurate information.
• Prepare cost budget spread sheet.
• Type/format contracts, proposals, insurance estimates, and change orders.
• Issue Change Orders
• File for necessary building permits, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of permits.

Position Requirements:

• Detail oriented and organized
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Self-motivated and a team player.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Background in residential construction.
