Full-Time Position Overview We're looking for a Senior Estimator with proven experience in commercial construction and a strong grasp of preconstruction processes. You'll play a key role from day one, leading the estimating efforts and setting the groundwork for a smooth build. This role has the potential to grow into a leadership position as the team expands. Key Responsibilities Preconstruction Leadership Prepare and manage detailed estimates across all phases of the project Write scopes of work, perform quantity take-offs, and analyze subcontractor bids Lead and coordinate RFIs, value engineering, and design review processes Support project scheduling from preconstruction through buyout Collaborate with civil engineers and design consultants to ensure cost-effective solutions Coordinate with field teams to align estimating assumptions with constructability Qualifications Proficient in scheduling, cost estimation software, and Microsoft Office Suite Experience with RFI writing, scope development, and bid leveling Excellent communication and documentation skills Detail-oriented and highly organized Ability to collaborate across departments and lead preconstruction processes What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k)
