Commercial Construction Are you a detail-oriented Estimator who knows how to turn construction plans into accurate, competitive bids? We're looking for a motivated construction professional to join a collaborative team and play a key role in winning projects and supporting successful project execution. This opportunity is ideal for someone with strong estimating skills, a solid understanding of commercial construction, and the ability to work closely with preconstruction, operations, and field teams. What You'll Do Prepare conceptual, schematic, design development, and final construction estimates. Review construction drawings, specifications, and project documents to determine scope and requirements. Perform quantity takeoffs, cost analyses, and detailed estimates. Solicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bids. Identify project risks, cost-saving opportunities, and value engineering alternatives. Assist with project budgets, preliminary schedules, and bid strategies. Collaborate with Project Managers, Field Managers, and Preconstruction teams. Participate in estimate reviews, project turnover meetings, and proposal development. Maintain accurate estimating records, historical cost data, and estimating standards. What We're Looking For 3-7 years of commercial construction estimating experience preferred. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, labor, and costs. Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications. Experience with quantity takeoffs and detailed cost estimating. Proficiency in estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and construction technology platforms.
