This opportunity is ideal for an estimator who is ready to take ownership of projects, gain greater visibility, and work directly with senior leadership. Why Join? This isn't a role where you'll only handle takeoffs or support someone else's estimates. You'll work directly with the Director of Preconstruction as part of a small, high-impact team and own projects from initial review through final pricing. You'll also have the opportunity to help shape processes and contribute to a growing estimating department. What You'll Do Lead commercial construction estimates from takeoff through final pricing Perform quantity takeoffs, scope analysis, and bid leveling Coordinate subcontractor and vendor pricing Participate in client and owner-facing discussions Support preconstruction planning and budgeting efforts What We're Looking For 4+ years of estimating or preconstruction experience Commercial construction experience required Experience managing complete estimates Familiarity with Bluebeam, BuildingConnected, On-Screen Takeoff, Destini, or similar estimating tools.
