Employee Referral Bonus Program Job Duties:

Prepare bid packages/proposals Oversee project schedule & budget Obtains necessary permits and licensing Assist General Field Superintendent/Field Supervisors in managing construction operations Participate in required pre-construction or job meetings Document control (RFIs, submittals, change orders, claims, etc.) Manages the closeout process

Preferred Qualifications:

Ability to read blueprints and specifications Strong communication skills Strong problem solving abilities Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Procore, & PlanGrid) Must be able to work efficiently to meet deadlines Self-motivated and organized
