Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Field Supervisor to oversee multiple construction projects across various sites. In this role, you will lead teams, coordinate project activities, ensure adherence to safety standards, and manage project schedules. Your leadership will drive project success while maintaining high-quality workmanship and compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities Supervise and manage construction crews on multiple sites, ensuring efficient workflow and safety compliance Review construction drawings and technical documents to verify project specifications and quality standards Coordinate construction schedules using Procore or similar project management software to meet deadlines Oversee site safety protocols in accordance with OSHA and federal construction safety regulations Manage subcontractor contracts, review technical drawings, and interpret blueprints for accurate execution Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality control, and adherence to budgets Utilize construction management software. Experience Proven experience supervising construction projects in commercial or industrial. Strong background in construction management software. Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively on active construction sites with a focus on safety and quality Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings, blueprints reading, and project scheduling techniques Knowledge of federal OSHA standards and construction safety regulations Hands-on experience with construction site safety management and crew supervision Excellent communication skills for managing teams and coordinating with clients and stakeholders Join us to lead dynamic projects that shape communities! Pay:
