Performance-Based / Partnership Opportunity Are You Ready to Build Something of Your Own? We are rebranding and expanding our remodeling division, and I'm looking for the right person to help take this business to the next level. We are a licensed General Contractor with over 20 years of experience in residential construction, handling everything from mid-range renovations to high-end custom projects. Our remodeling division focuses primarily on: Bathroom renovations and custom remodels Decks, covered porches, and outdoor living spaces Home improvements, additions, and renovations Other residential remodeling projects Who I'm Looking For Ideally, I'm looking for someone with a background in remodeling design, sales, or project estimating who has the confidence and ability to meet with homeowners, develop project ideas, prepare estimates, and close deals.

You should be comfortable with:

Meeting potential clients and understanding their vision and budget. Developing remodeling concepts and presenting design ideas. Preparing accurate estimates and proposals. Selling projects and closing contracts. Using technology, estimating software, and digital tools in the field and office. Building customer relationships and generating new business opportunities. Working independently and taking ownership of the sales process. How the Partnership Would Work You focus on the front end of the business. Customer relationships, design, estimates, sales, and bringing projects through the door. I'll focus on the back end. Managing subcontractors, coordinating construction, overseeing production, and making sure projects are completed properly. I already have the construction experience, licensing, subcontractor relationships, and business foundation. What I'm looking for is someone who brings strong sales skills, creativity, ambition, and the desire to grow a successful remodeling business together. Who Would Be a Great Fit? Maybe you've been working for a remodeling company for years and feel ready to venture out on your own. Maybe you're a designer who knows how to sell projects but doesn't want to manage construction crews. Or maybe you're a strong remodeling salesperson who has the ambition to build a business but doesn't yet have the financial resources, contractor licensing, or construction infrastructure to make it happen.
