Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Kitchen & Bath Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the estimation process for kitchen and bathroom projects, from initial consultation through project completion. This role requires a strong understanding of cabinetry, tile, and design elements, along with sales experience and project management skills. The estimator will work closely with clients, suppliers, and the design team to deliver accurate estimates and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for kitchen and bath remodeling projects, including cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and materials. Manage projects from start to finish, coordinating with clients, vendors, and installation teams to ensure timely completion. Utilize knowledge of kitchen and bath design to provide clients with solutions that meet their aesthetic and functional needs. Conduct site visits to assess project scope, measurements, and specific requirements. Familiarize clients with product options such as cabinets and tiles, offering expert advice based on their preferences and budget. Develop and present proposals that include detailed specifications, pricing, and timelines. Collaborate with sales teams to generate new business opportunities and maintain existing client relationships. Track project progress, update estimates as needed, and manage changes throughout the project lifecycle. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in kitchen and bath remodeling. Requirements Proven sales experience within the home improvement or remodeling industry. Strong familiarity with cabinetry options, tile materials, and kitchen/bathroom design principles. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills for working with clients, vendors, and team members. Experience in estimating costs accurately based on project specifications. Knowledge of project management processes from initial consultation through completion. Proficiency in relevant design software or estimating tools is preferred but not mandatory. Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer service. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
