Responsibilities Review blueprints, specifications, and construction documents. Perform material takeoffs and prepare accurate roofing and siding estimates. Prepare bids and submit proposals for new construction projects. Qualifications Minimum 3 years of experience in roofing and siding estimating. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction specifications. Experience with estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and takeoff software. Excellent mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills. Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously. Valid driver's license . What We Offer Medical
