You will be at the forefront of preparing compelling proposals, coordinating bid activities, and supporting the overall business development process to help our organization secure key projects and expand our market presence. Responsibilities Maintain and manage the company bid calendar and bid deadlines Download and organize drawings and project specifications Maintain bid logs and project documentation Assist estimators with organizing documents and preparing bid packages Ensure bid files and documents are properly organized Maintain organized digital project folders and document records Assist in preparing detailed estimates by reviewing plans Skills Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines Comfortable working with plumbing drawings, specifications and project documents Experience with Bluebeam, Procore, CAD or similar construction software is helpful but not required Strong communication skills and ability to work well with others Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while keeping projects organized and on schedule

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
