About Us Weather Pro Energy Solutions is a growing Hudson Valley weatherization company based in Monroe, NY. We air seal, insulate, and encapsulate homes across Orange, Sullivan, Rockland, Ulster, and Dutchess counties. Most of our work is grant-funded through state and federal programs, and our energy auditors are BPI-certified. About the Role You'll visit homes, test where energy is being lost, and turn your findings into accurate estimates and work scopes. You'll explain the results to homeowners in plain language and help move their projects toward approval. Responsibilities Perform home energy assessments, including blower door, infrared, and combustion safety testing Inspect attics, walls, crawlspaces, and basements for insulation levels, air leaks, and moisture problems Measure areas and calculate materials and labor for accurate estimates and work scopes Prepare reports and documentation for state and federal grant programs Explain findings and recommended work to homeowners clearly Coordinate with install crews so jobs are scoped correctly, and perform final testing after installation Qualifications Experience in energy auditing, home performance, weatherization, insulation, HVAC, or construction BPI Building Analyst certification preferred, or willingness to obtain it Experience with NY grant or utility programs is a plus Comfortable climbing ladders and working in attics and crawlspaces Strong communication skills and attention to detail Basic computer and tablet skills for reports and estimating Valid driver's license and clean driving record Why Work Here Local work, home every night Build in-demand building science and diagnostic skills Work that helps local families who need it most Questions?
