Senior Construction Estimator Ronald Webb Builder Ronald Webb Builder is seeking a Senior Construction Estimator to lead pricing for custom homes and high-end residential renovations. This role works with clients, designers, subcontractors, and project managers to develop clear, accurate proposals from initial budget through final contract pricing. Responsibilities Review plans, specifications, and project scope; identify missing information and prepare RFIs. Complete quantity takeoffs, solicit subcontractor pricing, and develop detailed estimates. Refine preliminary budgets into comprehensive proposals as selections and scope are finalized. Present pricing, assumptions, allowances, and value-engineering options to the team and clients. Coordinate with project managers on schedules, procurement, and the handoff after contract execution. Qualifications At least 7 years of residential construction estimating experience, preferably with custom homes or luxury renovations. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and subcontractor pricing. Excellent plan-reading, organizational, and communication skills. Experience with estimating software; Procore and Togal AI experience is a plus.
