Our client, a well-established commercial construction company, is looking for a Preconstruction Coordinator to join their team and support the projects that keep schools, hospitals, commercial buildings, and industrial facilities running.

Think of this role as a front-row seat to how construction projects are won before they're built.

You'll work alongside estimators and construction professionals, helping coordinate bid packages, drawings, specifications, vendor pricing, permits, schedules, and project documentation.

In other words, you'll be involved in the process before the first truck arrives on site and long before the ribbon-cutting ceremony.

This Could Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In

• Construction administration
• HVAC or mechanical contracting
