Our primary services include cleaning air ducts, kitchen exhaust systems, industrial cleaning, and insulation services. As a new Sales Rep, you will be trained in our business model and work closely with our management and senior sales team, many of whom have been successful with Service-Tech for over 30 years. Since you are working to expand our territory and customer base, you will play an integral part in shaping the future of the company. The goal for any applicant should be to be take over our senior salesman positions as the current salesmen retire in the coming years. Job Description Sales Reps have several duties that they will be responsible for which includes but are not limited to: Sales & Estimating (75% of the time) Prospecting for new customers through inbound marketing, emailing, cold calling, networking, and more Servicing and managing existing accounts in your territory, which primarily includes Northeastern Ohio Attend trade shows and other networking events Project Management (25% of the time) Project estimating and submitting proposals Project management by coordinating between Field Supervisors and Customers Review safety and other project specific regulations with customers as needed Qualifications Required Excellent communication (written & verbal) and time management skills Must be a self-starter, problem solver, and customer oriented Ability and Desire to learn our niche industries Some travel will be required to ensure customer satisfaction Preferred Ability to read mechanical plans & blueprints Experience within the industry (HVAC, air filters, ductwork) OR within a similar industry Project Estimating and Project Management Experience Air Systems Cleaning Specialist (ASCS)
