Job Description

Estimator - Power Distribution $2,000 Sign-On Bonus | Excellent Benefits What You'll Do- As an Estimator you'll play a key role in helping us win new business by developing accurate, competitive proposals for custom power distribution equipment. You'll join an experienced engineering team that values collaboration, mentorship, and professional growth. Responsibilities include:
Review customer specifications and determine project scope. Prepare accurate cost estimates and bid packages. Read and interpret electrical drawings, one-line diagrams, and specifications. Work closely with Engineering, Sales, and Operations to develop winning proposals. Identify technical alternatives that create value for our customers. Respond to technical and commercial questions from customers and the sales team. Assist with order transfer to Engineering after projects are awarded. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical preferred) or equivalent industry experience 1-2+ years of electrical engineering or estimating experience Experience with power distribution equipment is strongly preferred Ability to read electrical prints and one-line diagrams Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities Positive attitude and ability to thrive in a team environment
