Office Manager & Estimator / Office ManagerWe are seeking an Office Manager & Estimator to join our team. This role involves supporting customers, coordinating with production, and managing office operations. Prior ERP or quoting software experience is a plus, but training will be provided for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities :

Customer Communication:

Answer incoming phone calls and assist walk-in customers with product knowledge, pricing, and orders.

Quoting & Orders:

Build customer quotes and process orders for roofing and siding projects.

Billing & Invoicing:

Handle billing, invoicing, and order processing.

Production Coordination:

Work closely with production and scheduling teams to ensure smooth operations.
