Middlefield, Ohio H & H Land Clearing Operations / Estimator Are you ready to take your estimating skills to the next level? H & H Land Clearing, a leading land clearing firm specializing in mechanized land clearing, forestry mowing, river maintenance and log jam removal is seeking an experienced estimator to join our team. Primary duties

• The estimator is responsible for gathering, reviewing, and compiling data for use in bid proposal estimates
• Maintain communication with GC'S on current projects and follow-up calls on estimates of projects not awarded
• Conduct detailed quantity takeoffs for diverse project scopes
• Contract review, change orders, close out reports Qualifications
• Estimating experience in commercial construction
• Ability to read and understand construction drawings and contracts
• Practical knowledge of estimating techniques, cost control and material pricing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills Benefits
