About Us Cable Communications, Inc. (CCI) is a growing low-voltage contractor specializing in structured cabling, access control, surveillance, fiber optics, and commercial technology solutions. We're looking for an experienced Low Voltage Estimator who takes pride in quality work, enjoys solving problems, and is ready to grow with our company. This position offers a clear path to grow with us. During your first 90 days, you'll focus on learning our estimating process, systems, and vendor pricing across cabling, security, and access control projects. Based on performance and company needs, you may have the opportunity to take on larger, more complex bids and grow into a senior estimator or project management role with additional compensation. What You'll Do Review RFPs, bid documents, drawings, and specs. Perform material and labor takeoffs. Build detailed, accurate cost estimates and proposals. Collaborate with sales, project managers, and vendors on pricing and scope. Track bid deadlines and maintain estimating records. Request vendor/supplier quotes as needed. What We're Looking For Experience estimating low-voltage, electrical, cabling, or security/AV projects preferred. Strong Excel skills; comfortable reading construction drawings/specs. Highly organized, detail-oriented, deadline-driven. Strong communicator, works well in a small, fast-paced team. Preferred Experience Commercial low-voltage installation Structured cabling (Cat5e/Cat6/Fiber) Door hardware and electric locking devices Access control programming and commissioning Reading blueprints and project documentation Travel Minimum 40-hour in-office work week. Occasional local site visits for takeoffs and walkthroughs. Why Join CCI? Pay:

$65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
