Research and obtain pricing for materials. Request and evaluate bids from subcontractors. Prepare detailed cost analyses for materials, labor, equipment, subcontractors, and overhead. Develop estimates when standard pricing is not available. Review project information for inaccuracies or omissions and bring issues to your supervisor's attention. Communicate effectively with customers, clients, coworkers, and vendors. What We're Looking For Experience isn't everything—we're willing to train the right person!

Required:

High school diploma/GED or at least 12 months of related experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Ability to read and understand basic instructions, correspondence, and project information. Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

$22.00 - $28.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
