About Alli Made Alli Made is a custom metal and glass fabrication company specializing in architectural partitions, staircases, railings, and precision tube laser cutting. We work with architects, interior designers, general contractors, and manufacturing clients across the East Coast, with projects extending nationally. The Role We are hiring a dedicated Estimator to own our quoting function from inquiry to signed estimate. You will receive project drawings and specifications from architects, designers, and contractors, build accurate material and labor estimates using our internal pricing calculator, and issue formal quotes. Responsibilities Receive and respond to all new fabrication and manufacturing quote requests within 1-3 business days Build accurate estimates for standard and custom metal work along with laser cutting jobs Review project drawings, specifications, and client-provided dimensions to scope jobs correctly Issue formal estimates through QuickBooks and manage revisions as scope evolves Coordinate with the shop and design team as the project develops Flag pricing anomalies, scope creep risks, or unusually complex jobs for review Requirements Must Have 2+ years of estimating experience in custom fabrication, metalwork, millwork, glazing, or construction Comfort reading architectural drawings, shop drawings, and material specifications (Bluebeam preferred) Strong written and verbal communication Ability to work on-site full-time Nice to Have Experience with QuickBooks for issuing estimates and invoices Familiarity with Monday.com or similar project management tools Experience pricing architectural metal fabrication specifically

Compensation & Benefits Salary:

$65,000 - $70,000 per year based on experience
