What You'll Do Meet homeowners at scheduled estimate appointments. Build trust and educate customers about our painting services. Measure projects and prepare accurate estimates using our pricing system. Present proposals and confidently close sales. Follow up with leads by phone, text, and email. Keep customer information organized in our CRM. Travel to customer homes within approximately one hour of Ephrata. Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth customer experience. What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Comfortable driving to customer appointments. Basic computer and smartphone skills. Sales experience is required. Experience in painting, home improvement, construction, or estimating is a plus. A clean driving record. Drivers license.
