$80,000 to $120,000 base, depending on experience, plus benefits A well-established commercial drywall and interiors contractor in the Scranton area is adding a Commercial Drywall Estimator to its preconstruction team. You'll bid on and win work across office, healthcare, education, multifamily, and retail projects. What you'll do Do quantity takeoffs and full estimates for metal framing, drywall, ceilings, insulation, and related interior scopes Read and interpret plans and specs, and write RFIs and scope clarifications Get pricing from suppliers and subs, then build competitive bids Work with GCs and owners through bid day and buyout Hand awarded jobs off to project management What you bring 3+ years estimating commercial drywall, framing, or interiors Comfort with On-Screen Takeoff, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, or similar tools A solid grasp of commercial construction means and methods Field or PM experience in drywall is a plus Why this role Stable backlog and a strong reputation with GCs Competitive base, bonus potential, health, 401(k), and PTO A clear path to Senior or Chief Estimator Confidential search handled by Adam Iaccio, GPAC.
