Are you an experienced insurance adjuster, restoration estimator, or claims professional who knows Xactimate inside and out? Premiere Roofing in Irmo, SC, is looking for an experienced Insurance Claims Manager / Xactimate Estimator to oversee residential insurance restoration claims, prepare accurate estimates, manage supplements, and help keep projects moving from initial assignment through completion. As a Sedgwick-certified contractor participating in managed repair programs, we work directly with insurance carriers and homeowners to restore residential properties. We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who understands the insurance claims process, takes ownership of their work, and knows how to get things done. You don't necessarily need a roofing background! If you've worked in property adjusting, water or fire mitigation, or insurance restoration with companies like Paul Davis, SERVPRO, or ServiceMaster Restore, your experience could translate very well to this opportunity. What You'll Be Doing:

As our Insurance Claims Manager, you'll serve as the connection between our field teams, insurance carriers, homeowners, and managed repair partners. Your focus will be on accurate estimating, thorough documentation, and keeping insurance-related projects moving efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

Prepare detailed residential roofing and exterior restoration estimates using Xactimate . Review insurance carrier estimates and scopes to identify missing items, discrepancies, and appropriate supplemental opportunities. Prepare, document, and submit insurance supplements with supporting photos, measurements, and documentation. Manage assignments through Sedgwick Direct Repair Services and other managed repair programs. Communicate professionally with insurance adjusters, carrier representatives, and program administrators. Review inspection reports, roof measurements, photographs, and field documentation. Coordinate with our sales, production, scheduling, and accounting teams to keep projects on track. Monitor outstanding estimates, supplements, approvals, and claim deadlines. Ensure claim files and estimates meet insurance carrier and managed repair program requirements. Assist with final documentation, invoicing, and project closeout. Help resolve scope and pricing discrepancies while maintaining strong working relationships with insurance partners.

What We're Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on Xactimate estimating experience. This is a must-have qualification. Experience with residential property insurance claims, restoration estimating, or property damage adjusting. Ability to read, interpret, and prepare detailed insurance estimates and scopes of work. Understanding of construction terminology, property repairs, and restoration processes. Experience communicating with insurance adjusters and handling supplements or scope discrepancies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple active claims and deadlines. Excellent attention to detail, written communication, and documentation skills. Plus:

Previous experience as a property insurance adjuster or desk adjuster Estimating experience with a restoration or mitigation company Residential roofing or exterior restoration experience Experience with Sedgwick or other managed repair/direct repair programs IICRC or HAAG certifications Current or previous insurance adjuster license Who Thrives Here?
