As a Commercial Playground & Recreation Sales Estimator , you can help lead the charge to restore active play areas throughout South Dakota. We're interested in high-performing candidates with industry experience and top-notch people skills, who can build professional relationships with customers and community stakeholders and work collaboratively with team members. Responsibilities Estimate and submit proposals for products and project installation within assigned territory. Interpret blueprints, scope takeoffs, prepare estimates and proposals. Following each sale, continue to work with customers to provide all submittals and change orders for changes in scope. Work collaboratively with project managers, field superintendents, and installation crews to see projects through to completion. Be able to work thru submittals and architectural specifications. Provide accurate cost estimations within budget and schedule. Qualifications Previous experience in construction and/or playground industry. Understands and can perform all aspects of the estimation and proposal process. Strong verbal, social and written communication skills. Ability to build rapport and develop positive working relationships with customers and team members. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Estimating background required.
