About the Role Conduct inspections with homeowners and commercial clients Qualify opportunities and understand client needs Present spray foam insulation solutions with confidence Close deals and build long-term relationships Manage your pipeline and follow up relentlessly Represent Rocking T Foam Pros with professionalism and integrity This is consultative selling. You're solving real problems for people who need spray foam insulation, not pushing a product. Requirements 2+ years of proven sales or closing experience Track record of closing deals $5k-$50k+ Experience in "Blue Book" and "Dodge Construction Network" Strong communication and follow-up skills Ability to think on your feet and handle objections Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the field Results-driven mindset and hunger to win Integrity and professionalism Experience in construction, trades, or services is a plus, but not required.
