A well-established commercial general contractor in the Dallas-Fort Worth area is adding an Estimator to its preconstruction team. You'll help price ground-up commercial projects from early budgets through final bids, working alongside a team that values accuracy, collaboration and long-term growth. What You'll Do Prepare quantity take-offs and estimates for ground-up commercial projects Solicit, review and level subcontractor and supplier bids Review drawings and specifications to define scopes and catch gaps Help build conceptual budgets and hard-bid pricing Work with project managers and superintendents on constructability and value engineering Support the handoff of awarded projects to the operations team What You Bring 2-4 years of commercial estimating experience, including at least 1 year with a general contractor Experience on ground-up commercial projects Strong take-off skills and comfort with estimating software Good organization, attention to detail and clear communication A degree in construction management or a related field is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay and benefits A stable company with a strong project pipeline Room to grow your preconstruction career Advance your career in construction.
