Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Position Summary Fortenberry Roofing is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Commercial Project Manager/Estimator to join our team. This position is responsible for conducting roof assessments, preparing estimates for roof repairs and replacements, managing commercial roofing projects, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the project process. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct commercial roof inspections and assessments.
Prepare accurate cost estimates for roof repairs and replacement projects.
Develop proposals and present recommendations to clients.
Coordinate and oversee roofing projects from start to completion.
Monitor project schedules, materials, and overall job progress.
Communicate with customers, vendors, and crews to ensure project success.
Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in roof assessment, estimating, roofing sales, or a related field.
High School Diploma or GED required.
Valid driver's license required.
Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
Requirements
Must pass a background check.
Must pass a drug screening.
Must successfully pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check and meet company driving standards.
