About us BREX Commercial Door is a commercial door company in McAllen, TX. We are professional, supportive and dedicated to serving the local community with their door needs. Estimator (Entry Level) Duties include: Provide customer service to walk-in customers and callers. Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members. Prepare customer estimates using company software. Create work orders and process customer requests accurately. Generate invoices and accept customer payments. Prepare pickup tickets and coordinate order pickups. Maintain accurate customer and project records. Assist estimators with pricing, quotations, and project documentation. Communicate with customers regarding orders, pricing, and scheduling. Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and project management to ensure smooth order processing. Perform general administrative and office support duties. Learn commercial doors, frames, hardware, and related construction products. Maintain a professional, organized, and customer-focused front office.

Experience:

Must have computer skills, be knowledgeable in Microsoft programs such as excel. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes. Proficient in Spanish and English. Analytical skills with attention to detail. Willing to learn assigned tasks. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated, able to stay focused with minimal supervision.
