full-time We are seeking an Estimator to support large-scale construction projects by preparing cost estimates, analyzing project budgets, and helping project teams forecast and manage costs throughout project execution. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-5 years of experience in construction, engineering, project engineering, scheduling, or estimating who wants to develop their expertise in project estimating and cost analysis. Responsibilities Prepare and support cost estimates throughout the project lifecycle. Assist with pricing change orders, design revisions, and additional scope requests. Track project costs and support budgeting and forecasting activities. Review project progress, quantities, and productivity metrics to identify cost impacts and risks. Participate in value engineering efforts and evaluate alternative construction methods and approaches. Perform cost comparisons, benchmarking, and estimate reviews. Maintain estimating documentation, cost reports, logs, and supporting records. Collaborate with field teams, project managers, engineers, and finance teams to understand project performance and cost drivers. Attend project meetings and communicate cost-related updates. Capture lessons learned to improve future estimating accuracy. Develop knowledge of civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, and electrical construction scopes. Support preparation of project reviews, forecasts, and leadership presentations. Qualifications 1-5 years of experience in estimating, construction, engineering, project engineering, scheduling, project controls, or a related field. Understanding of how construction projects are planned, executed, and tracked. Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, schedules, and construction documents. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Interest in cost estimating, budgeting, forecasting, and project performance analysis. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. Preferred Qualifications Experience with cost estimating, quantity takeoffs, cost tracking, forecasting, or project controls. Familiarity with Primavera P6, Power BI, Procore, SAP, EcoSys, or similar construction/project management software. Experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, energy, semiconductor, battery, data center, or large commercial construction projects. Why Join Us?
