This position allows you to directly influence project acquisition while working in an environment with no ceilings on your professional growth. You will join a dedicated Sales & Client Relations team that values hard work and collaborative problem-solving. How You Will Make an Impact Analyze detailed construction drawings to determine exact project requirements and product installation methods. Apply advanced remedial math skills to calculate precise material quantities and project cost structures. Utilize specialized digital estimating tools to generate competitive and accurate commercial interior bids. Evaluate project scope details to solve client challenges before field installation begins. Collaborate with the Sales & Client Relations team to secure high-value commercial construction contracts. Drive revenue growth by continuously refining takeoff processes and bidding strategies. Required Qualifications & Experience 2+ years of experience in construction estimating or related commercial trade roles. Experience using AI estimating tools or the strong desire to learn how to maximize their use in our industry. Proven ability to read and accurately interpret commercial construction drawings and blueprints. Deep practical understanding of commercial construction products and field installation processes. Strong remedial math skills tailored for construction cost estimation and material takeoffs. Preferred Qualifications & Experience Hands-on proficiency with specialized digital estimating software packages.
