The role plays a key part in evaluating opportunities, developing accurate and competitive quotations, and ensuring customer requirements align with our manufacturing capabilities. Compensation Ranges from $25 per hour (intermediate Estimator) to $40 per hour (advanced Estimator) ; non-exempt FLSA class, or $52,000 to $83,200 annually. Your Mission Develop Winning Quotes:

Review customer requests for quotation (RFQs) and prepare accurate, competitive estimates that support profitability and customer satisfaction.

Plan Manufacturing Success:

Identify materials, tooling, fixturing, and manufacturing methods required to produce precision machined components and assemblies.

Drive Customer Partnerships:

Build and maintain professional relationships with customers, serving as a trusted resource throughout the quoting and production process.

Support Operational Efficiency:

Write and review routers, verify material requirements, and collaborate with production to align opportunities with available manufacturing capacity. What You Bring to the

Table Machining Expertise:

Proven experience in CNC and/or manual contract manufacturing, precision machining processes, tooling, fixturing, and raw materials.

Technical Knowledge:

Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications, and manufacturing requirements. Experience in design engineering or demonstrated capabilities in a related field is considered an additional asset.

ERP Experience:

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software in a manufacturing environment.

Quality Focus:

Working knowledge of

ISO 9001

2015 and AS9100D Quality Management Systems.

Eligibility:
