full-time Selections Coordinator / Estimator - Custom Home Building Foreman Builders, Inc. | Winchester, VA Foreman Builders is a custom home builder in the Winchester, VA area known for quality craftsmanship and long-term client relationships. We're looking for an experienced Selections Coordinator/Estimator to join our team. What You'll Do

• Guide clients through material and finish selections (flooring, fixtures, cabinetry, countertops, exterior finishes, etc.)
• Prepare and manage cost estimates, takeoffs, and budgets for custom home projects
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm pricing and lead times
• Track selection deadlines against the construction schedule to avoid delays
• Maintain accurate documentation in our project management system
• Collaborate with project managers to ensure selections align with budget and design intent What We're Looking For
• Experience in custom home building, residential construction estimating, or interior selections/design
• Strong understanding of building materials, finishes, and construction sequencing
• Comfortable reading plans and specs
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills - you'll be a key point of contact for clients
• Proficiency with estimating/PM software (Buildertrend experience a plus) Schedule Full-time, primarily weekday business hours with occasional job site or client meetings as needed.
