Paulsen Mechanical Inc — Sales Engineer About Us Paulsen Mechanical is a small Wisconsin-based firm focused on solving air pollution and air quality problems for our customers. We design, fabricate, install, and service air pollution control equipment — and we pride ourselves on being nimble and professional at every step. The Role We're looking for a motivated sales professional who can do more than close deals — you'll engineer the solutions you sell. You'll work directly with our fabricators and installers to design and deliver dust collection systems, mist collection systems, compressed air installations, mechanical installations, and metal fabrication services. This role can be performed locally or with travel depending on where you find customers and opportunities.

Work Environment Hybrid:

work from home, in the office, and in the field Flexible schedule Collaborative team environment working alongside fabricators and installers Responsibilities Prospect and develop new business through cold calling, networking, social media, and direct outreach Present, promote, and sell dust collectors, finishing solutions, mechanical installations, and fabrication services to prospective customers Use CAD software to design ductwork, structures, and full system layouts to support the sales and build process Schedule equipment and ductwork deliveries and coordinate installation teams for smooth project execution Calculate profit and loss on projects — your commission is tied directly to what you earn for the company Compensation Commission-based pay tied directly to project profitability Travel as needed — local or regional depending on where you find opportunities

$50,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
