Industrial Estimator Sistersville Tank Works, Inc. — Sistersville, WV Sistersville Tank Works, Inc. is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Industrial Estimator to join our office team. This position will focus on obtaining vendor pricing for materials, preparing competitive quotes, and keeping bids on schedule. We are a well-established, family-owned ASME and metal fabrication company serving industries around the world. Our products include pressure tanks, heat exchangers, stacks, stands, and columns. Responsibilities Review material lists and request pricing from vendors. Follow up with suppliers to obtain complete, timely quotes. Compare vendor pricing, availability, and delivery lead times. Compile material costs and supporting information for estimates and bids. Track quote status, maintain accurate records, and meet bidding deadlines. Communicate with vendors and internal team members to resolve questions and keep quotes moving through the bidding process. Qualifications Estimating experience required. Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with vendors and coworkers. Ability to manage multiple quotes and deadlines. Industrial or metal fabrication experience preferred.
