We are seeking an experienced, high energy Concrete Coating Crew Lead Installer to take charge of on site operations, mentor team members, and deliver flawless floor transformations. As a Crew Lead, you will serve as the backbone of our field operations. You will manage projects from start to finish, run a dedicated crew, interact directly with clients, and uphold our high standards of quality and efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Manage residential and commercial coating installations from start to finish
• Ensure high-quality surface prep, coating application, and project completion
• Lead and manage a small install crew on-site
• Communicate effectively with homeowners and project managers
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional worksite
• Travel to and from job sites daily (local)

Requirements :

• Experience with concrete, coatings, or similar skilled trades
• Strong attention to detail and pride in delivering excellent results
• Own a reliable pickup truck (7 years old or newer) capable of towing a 5,000 lb trailer (additional commission pay structure available)
• Positive attitude, leadership skills, and strong personal accountability
• Willingness to work Monday-Saturday as needed
• Background check required
