$21.00 - $24.00 per hour for Field Technicians; $25.00 - $34.00 per hour for Lead Technicians, depending on experience

Location:

Orange County, CA (also serving Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego Counties)

Schedule:

Monday to Friday; weekend work may be available/optional Epoxy Floor Pros is hiring a full-time Epoxy Floor Installer to join our in-house flooring team. We install high-quality epoxy and concrete coating systems for residential and commercial customers, and we're looking for a dependable, hardworking installer who takes pride in doing the job right. Experience in epoxy, flooring, concrete, or general construction is preferred, and there's room to grow into a Lead Technician role as you gain experience with us.

Responsibilities:

Prepare concrete surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, patching, and cleaning Mix and apply epoxy base coats, topcoats, flake, quartz, and metallic finishes Load, transport, and set up materials and equipment at job sites Travel to residential and commercial job sites throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego Counties Keep job sites clean, organized, and safe throughout the project Communicate professionally with customers and teammates on-site Follow all safety procedures and use required

PPE Qualifications:

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (required) Able to perform physical labor, including lifting heavy materials, kneeling, bending, and standing for extended periods Willing to travel to job sites throughout Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, and San Diego Counties Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Dependable, punctual, and works well as part of a team Experience in epoxy, flooring, concrete, or general construction preferred
