JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for performing highly diversified craft trade activities with a focus on Flooring under general supervision.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

Ten (10) years experience with Ceramic Tile, VCT and Carpet Installation and Fencing and Welding knowledge a plus

EDUCATION, TRAINING & EXPERIENCE

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) or Vocational Degree from an accredited institution Two years' experience of a skilled trade or general building maintenance OR Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES & REGISTRATIONS

Valid and current Florida driver's license Must maintain a driving record that meets the standards of the District Safe Driver II Plan. Driver's license must be maintained as a condition of continued employment.
