Responsibilities Support tile setters in laying tiles, including ceramic, porcelain, and stone, ensuring alignment and quality standards are met Assist with the preparation of surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying adhesives or mortar for tile installation Handle and transport building materials such as tile, vinyl flooring, and caulking supplies safely using hand tools and power tools Aid in the installation of various flooring types including tile,vinyl, and composite flooring Participate in water damage restoration projects by removing damaged flooring and assisting with surface repairs Maintain a clean work environment by organizing tools, disposing of debris responsibly, and adhering to safety protocols on construction sites Experience Previous experience working on construction sites or in remodeling projects is highly desirable Familiarity with construction estimating processes and interpreting technical drawings is a plus Hands-on experience with building material installation such as tile laying, floor refinishing, caulking, fixture installation, or restoration work is advantageous Knowledge of safety compliance standards related to building installation safety is preferred Experience using hand tools and power tools for manual handling tasks within construction environments will support success in this role Industry experience in restoration or handyman work can provide a strong foundation for growth within our team Join us to build a rewarding career where your skills contribute directly to creating beautiful, durable spaces!
