Job Summary Prestige Maintenance & Contracting, LLC is seeking dependable and experienced Multi-Skilled Field Technicians to support commercial maintenance, construction, renovation and emergency-service projects throughout South Florida. Technicians will perform a variety of general construction and facility maintenance tasks in commercial, educational, healthcare, municipal and other occupied facilities. Essential Duties

Perform general commercial maintenance and repairs.
Complete drywall repairs, painting and finishing work.
Install and repair baseboards, doors and hardware.
Repair ceiling tiles and flooring.
Perform concrete and masonry repairs.
Assist with general construction and renovation projects.
Perform material handling and jobsite cleanup.
Assist with maintenance and emergency-service calls.
Coordinate with other trades, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
Maintain a professional work environment at customer locations.
Follow safety procedures and company policies.
