Job Summary Prestige Maintenance & Contracting, LLC is seeking dependable and experienced Multi-Skilled Field Technicians to support commercial maintenance, construction, renovation and emergency-service projects throughout South Florida. Technicians will perform a variety of general construction and facility maintenance tasks in commercial, educational, healthcare, municipal and other occupied facilities. Essential Duties
- Perform general commercial maintenance and repairs.
- Complete drywall repairs, painting and finishing work.
- Install and repair baseboards, doors and hardware.
- Repair ceiling tiles and flooring.
- Perform concrete and masonry repairs.
- Assist with general construction and renovation projects.
- Perform material handling and jobsite cleanup.
- Assist with maintenance and emergency-service calls.
- Coordinate with other trades, including electrical, plumbing and HVAC.
- Maintain a professional work environment at customer locations.
- Follow safety procedures and company policies.
