We are looking for a reliable, hardworking individual who wants to learn the trade and grow with a solid company. This is a full-time position with steady work for someone who takes pride in their work and shows up ready to work every day.

Starting pay:

$20 - $25 per hour depending on experience Schedule Full-time Monday -Thursday 7:00 AM to 5:00pm Job Responsibilities Assist with tile and flooring installations Jobsite preparation and material setup Mixing mortar, grout, and adhesives Cutting tile and assisting with layout Demolition and prep work Jobsite cleanup and organization Supporting lead installer during projects Requirements Reliable transportation Valid driver's license Ability to lift 50+ pounds Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Ability to work on your feet for extended periods Must be dependable and show up on time Construction or flooring experience is helpful but not required. We are willing to train the right person who is motivated to learn the trade.
